COTTON PICKER SPINDLE OIL

Product Description:CP SPINDLE OIL 10 is a light colored, low viscosity, naphthenic base oil used for cleaning and flushing spindles with minimum staining of cotton. CP SPINDLE OILS 22 and 46 are light colored, non-staining, naphthenic base oil with special additives to provide excellent protection against rust, oxidation and foaming.

All grades are light in color to minimize cotton staining
Economical hydraulic oil where antiwear additives are not required.

Typical Uses:
CP SPINDLE OIL 10-commonly called “spindle slick”, is used for cleaning and removing cotton fi bers from spindles.
Water-oil mixtures are also used for this purpose. For water-oil mixtures recommend AOCUSA AP Soluble Oil S-40
CP SPINDLE OIL 22 is recommended for lubrication of cotton pickers using drip lubricating systems.
CP SPINDLE OIL 46 is recommended for lubrication of cotton pickers using flush lubricating systems.
CP SPINDLE OIL 46 is also used as a “drip oil” for deep well pumps.
CP SPINDLE OIL 46 is used as an in-expensive
hydraulic oil where high oil consumption is a problem and anti-wear additives are not required.
