Product Description: FLAMEPROOF 200 fire resistant hydraulic fluid is a water/glycol based hydraulic fluid, which contains no nitrites and therefore should contain no nitroamines. The water contained in this fluid makes it less susceptible to spray or mist ignition associated with industrial hydraulics. FLAMEPROOF 200 is compatible with most of the elastomeric sealing and packing material, such as natural rubber, SBR, Viton, Butyl, Nitrile, EPR, and Neopreme. Materials that are incompatible, such as leather, cork, untreated cotton or cellulose, should be replaced. FLAMEPROOF 200 fire resistant hydraulic fluid is designed to meet the demands of today’s modern high pressure hydraulic systems. The proprietary inhibitors in this product protect the entire hydraulic system against wear and corrosion damage. FLAMEPROOF 200 excels in die casting and foundry applications.
