PNEUMATIC TOOL LUBRICANT

Product Description: PNEUMATIC TOOL LUBRICANTS is manufactured from solvent refi ned paraffi nic base stocks that have low pour points and are fortified with anti-rust, extreme pressure, and tackiness additive that give the lubricant adhesive characteristics. In addition, it contains an emulsifying agent that causes it to combine with water to prevent water from wetting metal surfaces and displacing lubricant.

Typical Uses:
Meets specifications of Gardner Denver, Chicago Pneumatic, Joy Manufacturing and Ingersoll-Rand when appropriate viscosity grade is used.
ISO VG 22, 32, 46 and 68 is recommended for small high speed air operated drills at low atmospheric temperatures.
ISO VG 100 is for jack hammers, pavement breakers, drifters and wagon drills operating under average conditions.
Also suitable as lubricant for cylinders of vacuum pumps that are operating under moist or wet air conditions.
ISO VG 150 and 320 are designed for larger slow speed drills operating under high temperature conditions.
