What is Quality ?

At AOCUSA, quality is just not defined by our products, because we already know they’re quality products. We don’t define quality by how it looks in a bottle or box, after all this is expected of all our products.

We at AOCUSA define quality as meeting and exceeding all of our customer’s needs and expectations. We provide a quality serviceand a quality product at a reasonable price.

Quality service at AOCUSA is the customer who calls after hours and needs to change a pick up or delivery because his truck broke down, or the customer who wants to pick up his product at a mid-point destination, rather than having to drive out of his way to the facility.

These are just two examples of the quality service that AOCUSA is known for and we will continue to strive to improve through our continuous improvement program. The quality policy is not just a mere statement; it is a commitment we make to all our customers. The policy is posted conspicuously throughout our plant and workspaces, as well as carried by the employees in their wallets. This serves as a reminder to all of our employees that we live and breathe quality.
