TRI-PURPOSE OIL T-35 is a superior tri-purpose, transparent, non-corrosive, light colored, anti-mist cutting oil fortified with a special chlorine extreme pressure additive and lubricity additive.

The tri-purpose features of this oil allows its use as a cutting oil, hydraulic oil and machine oil in automatic screw machines. This eliminates the intermingling of cutting oil with the machine oils and hydraulic oils as the result of leakage from one system to another.

The contamination of machine oil and hydraulic oil by active corrosive cutting oils can have serious consequences in automatic screw machines. This can best be avoided by using one oil for all three applications.

PIRANHA CLEAR CUTTING OIL C-31 is a transparent cutting oil developed from selected naphthenic base stocks plus active sulfur, chlorine and fatty oils. The unique combination of chlorine, sulfur and fat provides the extreme pressure properties and lubricity required for the most difficult machining operations.

Similar to AOCUSA Dark Cutting Oil D-15 in extreme pressure properties and machinability characteristics, but the transparency of this oil permits operator to better see work piece being cut.

PIRANHA CLEAR CUTTING OIL C-30 is a transparent oil manufactured from selected naphthenic base stocks which contain a chlorine anti-weld agent and fatty oil to provide smooth surface finishes for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is non-staining to copper, aluminum and their alloys and contains an effective anti-mist suppressant.

STAMPING OIL is manufactured from solvent rened base stocks that have low pour points. This sulfur-chlorinated product is fortified with selected extreme pressure and anti rust chemistry. Its superior wetting agents prevent water from displacing the lubricant on the metals’ surface.

The lubricity characteristics improve the material release from the press and extend tool life.

QUENCHING OIL 55 is a special blend of base oils which combines the high quenching speed of water with the slow final quenching speed of conventional oil in order to provide maximum steel hardness with minimum discoloration.

It is oxidation stable and will resist the formation of sludge over extended period. Specially designed to ensure smooth finish.

HD DRAWING OIL straight oil is a heavy viscosity product formulated with mineral oil, extreme pressure additive and lubricating agent. It is excellent on ferrous and non ferrous metals.

It can be used for drawing, forming, stamping, punching and other applications.

EDM FLUID is a high flash, low viscosity, light colored, oxidation resistant product designed for use as an electrical discharge machining fluid. It is readily filterable, non-corrosive and dissipates heat rapidly.

It increases life of electrodes, speeds up production and improves quality of surface nishes. Low viscosity of fluid allows metal fragments to settle out of oil before it recirculates.

H.D. SOLUBLE OIL S-47 is a carefully balanced blend of high quality mineral oil combined with an effective emulsifier, sulfur-chlorine anti-weld additive (EP) and fatty oils for additional lubricity. Used as an emulsion, this product combines the good cooling characteristics of conventional water soluble oils with the high load carrying properties of an active cutting oil. This permits its use where extreme pressure requirements and machining operations are too severe for conventional soluble oils. Additionally, this soluble oil is free of nitrites and phenols and foam inhibited to permit its use in high speed metal cutting operations.

COOLCUT 100T is a water soluble cutting and grinding fluid formulated for a wide range of machining operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. With its advanced emulsifier technology, it mixes readily with water to form an extremely stable emulsion with excellent surface wetting characteristics and virtually no foam. COOLCUT 100T has exceptional lubricity and extreme pressure properties that give outstanding surface finishes as well as longer tool life compared to conventional heavy duty soluble oils. It has excellent bio-resistance which allows for long term service without rancidity. It contains an effective biocide that controls bacteria and fungi growth without being irritating to machine operator’s skin.

COOLCUT 100T forms an opaque, light blue emulsion with a mild, pleasant odor. It provides excellent rust and corrosion protection and leaves no deposits or build-up on the machine or finished parts.

A.P. SOLUBLE OIL S-40 is manufactured from a select naphthenic base oil and compounded with an emulsifier which forms a stable milky-white emulsion when mixed with water. Additionally, it is inhibited against foaming, contains excellent rust preventive properties, and will emulsify readily in safe or hard water. This nitrite-free and phenol-free cutting fluid is safe to use in high speed cutting operations.

803 QUENCH OIL is a premium highspeed quenching oil containing a balanced blend of base oils and additives to achieve maximum hardness of lowcarbon or low alloy steels.

801 QUENCH OIL is a relatively low speed quench oil suited for general quenching operations where minimum stress and distortion of quenched parts is desired.

700 QUENCH OIL is a blend of highly refined, stable base oils and additives designed to provide proper heat removal rate, good thermal and oxidation stability, and low evaporation losses.

This oil is recommended for use as a general-purpose quenching oil in applications which call for quenching rates provided by straight mineral oils.
